5 Pro Rush Service

PRO RUSH : Pro Rush repair options are available ONLY with FILM CAMERAS AND FILM CAMERA ACCESSORIES and are payable only by Credit Card or Paypal. If you are sending a PRO RUSH repair, please write "PRO RUSH" on the outside of the box in black magic marker, on atleast one side of the box.

Pro Rush repair payment requirements: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa : NO American Express, NO Discover or NO checks, no COD. Pro Rush turnaround applies only to the original paid repair.

Please supply street address or PO box for USPS (post office) delivery. Pro Rush option is not available immediately before and during Thanksgiving, Christmas and parts of the summer season. 5 day PRO RUSH Service turns repair around in 5 days, starting with the first business day following approval. Payable by Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. Pro Rush surcharge is 50% additional labor charge (or a $40 minimum) per item + shipping. Some repair shops DOUBLE the labor fee for Rush service. In order for us to get it back to you in time, please allow for return shipping time. Priority Mail (used within the 50 states) usually takes a maximum of 2-3 business days coast to coast.

One Day Pro Rush no longer offered.

Return shipping extra. Everything is shipped by Priority Mail. Shipping on 1 OM body (2 lbs.) to the 50 states starts at $11.49, sometimes more. International shipping additional, calculated during estimating. Body with lens is usually 3 lbs., All return shipments to the customer are insured (not optional). Total shipping price (S&H) varies by zip code, weight, and insurance amount. BTW, regular Priority Mail delivery is usually 2-3 Day maximum coast to coast within the USA.
